Anyone having any issues logging into your G Suite Admin Console or any of your accounts?

I was logged in maybe 40 minutes to reset a users password. Logged out, and then about a couple of minutes later I had to log back in (no big deal I have done this many many times in the past, been a G Suite customer for about 10 years now). However now I am getting an error message telling me I am locked out after too many failed attempts. And because of the too many failed attempts to try again in a few hours. FYI - I am also getting this on my personal Gmail account and the Gmail account I used a long time ago to setup my G Suite account. Everything has two factor authentication, I have received no text messages (other than the one I used to successfully login with) to indicate logins.

The problem is, support is next to nothing because it is all based inside your G Suite Admin Console, and I cannot get into it to even with get with support. I managed to find a phone number, and after explaining my issues managed to get to a page to submit a ticket, which support confirmed on the phone they got, and that someone would contact me in in about an hour.

Is anyone else having any issues? It is just weird. I cannot login to any Gmail account on my computer, even with incognito mode. I even took out another laptop I use for things and tried with that, same thing. However I am getting emails in Outlook and the mail app on my iPhone. Very strange.

I am having one hell of a problem still. I seem to be locked out of any Gmail account I have used, company and personal and on any device, which is so freaking weird. Someone finally called me and they sent me an email to confirm who I am and want me to add a CNAME record and to answer some questions, although I will most likely fail the billing part of the questions because I pay on a company credit card and I don’t have access to see those transactions. The person who does have that access is out all week. Talk about bad luck today.

Now other people in my domain can login to their email via Gmail and Outlook. I do have access via Outlook and my phone, but no web browser access whatsoever.

This is the strangest thing I have ever encountered, and trying to prove to G Suite support you are who you say you are is next to impossible if you are locked out of your account since it all transpires within the Admin Console.

I wish I knew a Google Apps/G Suite re seller to see if they could somehow help me, but I don’t and many many years ago when I set this all up, I went directly to Google’s website and did it and never used a re seller, so even if I could find one they would probably be unwilling to help me.

I don’t know what to do except wait till tonight and see if my accounts are unlocked.

{"@type":"Person
chris0984
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/chris0984"}},{"@type":"Answer

You should have the “default” admin account and user(s) who are also G-suite admin…

Then also consider stop using outlook or email clients and go 100% Chrome…

{"@type":"Person
adrian_ych
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/adrian_ych"}},{"@type":"Answer

Is your 2SV using security keys only? It should be ideally, especially if a super admin account. Better yet, split off your super admin from your day to day and still have sec keys only for both accounts.
