My weekend began yesterday and let me tell you, it was nice. I plan to see a matinee of the new Spiderman movie, and then maybe play some video games. This would include playing more Hellblade, Halo Infinite (if it won’t stop crashing), and some Darktide.

I haven’t been to the cinema in so long I have no idea what I last watched.

Games wise much the same unless anything pokes my interest.

I’ve not been overly excited by recent releases tbh.

I also have an extended weekend, and by that I mean I took all of next week off so it is very extended. We were initially planning on taking a trip somewhere but have just decided to stick around the area and maybe take some day trips. With that change of plans I should be able to get some good chunks of TOTK in. I could probably beat it next week if I wanted to, but unless it comes naturally I am not going to push for it.

As for the last movie I saw in theaters: The Mario Movie. Don’t ask me what was before that as it had been a while since I saw a movie in theaters prior to that, and I am not sure I remember.

Last film I saw in theaters were the Immortals I believe. I need to get back in there and watch something else so I am not ending on a horrible movie.
As for games, I have had a resurgence of interest in Classic Era WoW.

Your weekend already started and yet you are posting here. That’s fantastic! :slight_smile: I enjoy reading what everyone is playing. Gives me ideas on what I want to play next. I might spin up Diablo4 since I keep hearing about it. Also, may get the PS game pass so I can play Horizon Forbidden West. I finished Zero Dawn a while ago.

Last movie in theaters I believe was the new Antman movie. I enjoyed it. I have enjoyed 99.9% of the MCU movies…Avengers 2 is just plain dumb but I’ll watch it again haha

This weekend I think I will be able to get some solid game time in. I have been quite tired recently so I just go home, eat something, read a book and pass out. I’m currently reading The Expanse series and I’m on book 13 in the The Wheel of Time. Gaming wise, I just hit level 60 in Diablo 4 but haven’t played much this week. I will probably continue to play my sorceress and see how far I can get. I have been grinding Diablo 4 too much though, so I also decided to start up a new playthrough in Fallout 4. I don’t think I ever actually beat the game, and with my current hype for Starfield I thought it would be a great time to go back and play a Bethesda game to get ready for Starfields release.

I think the last movie I saw in theaters was either John Wick 4 or the latest Avatar movie. Before that, I couldn’t tell you what I saw, but if I had to guess it would probably be the latest Star Wars movie.

I’d love to be able to get in some games, but I think the chore list is too big. If I do get some time it might be Age of Empires II or Microsoft Flight Simulator, but more likely Solitaire.

As for movies, last one I saw was the latest Spider-verse one, took my daughter. Looking forward to the new Indy next week, if the weather is good I might go to the drive-in for it.

Dusted off my OG HTC Vive VR headset and been trying it on NMS all week. Actually pretty cool, but these old bones can only stand or sit in the same position for like 30min tops!

I had been debating shelling out $300 for the Constellation version of Starfield, I really want that watch, and I probably would’ve if it didn’t sell out. So I settled for the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass instead. It’ll be my normal routine of NMS, Madden 23, TFT, peppered in with some Forza this weekend.

The last movie I saw in theaters was Spider-Man: ATSV. I need to go see GotG 3, but I’ll probably wait til whatever streaming service it comes out, which sounds like it might not be Disney+ initially.

Afternoon. This weekend, I’m hoping I might have time to pick up Diablo IV after enjoying the beta, but having been away from my place for almost eight weeks, the Triffids in the garden are getting restless and need me to break out the powerscythe and the chainsaw. Let’s see if I get the chance.

Last film I saw at the Cinema? Probably Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Like I said, I’ve been away for quite a while. I do have a hitlist an a Cineworld Unlimited card though.

I might try to play some games this weekend, but still have a lot of death related matters to deal with and trying to get caught up at work as well. May just read in any free time I have.

It’s been so long since I went to a theater that I don’t remember when exactly it was or what I watched. Been at least 10 years, maybe closer to 20.

I’ll be playing some more Modern Warfare 2, only because I’ve been doing really well all week! Maybe some Dirt 5 and Demons Souls

We went to see Evil Dead Rise last, and I left feeling nauseous because of all the gore. I much prefer Sci-Fi / Action as opposed to Horror, but the other half is a big Horror buff so whenever a new one comes out guess who gets dragged out to see it? :joy:

I’ll mostly be playing Diablo IV this weekend to catch up with my dad and brother. Just purchased it and got it installed this morning before heading into the office, planning on playing a Rogue. Ideally I’d like to be ranged but I’ll probably switch up my playstyle depending on the loot that I find. I’d like to wrap up TOTK too but I doubt I’ll have time for it (currently stuck on Phantom Gannon in Hyrule Castle, I have no idea how I got this far without upgrading any armor or even exploring the depths because I’m getting absolutely wrecked in this fight lol).

What’s the last film you saw in theaters?

The last film I saw in theaters was The Super Mario Bros Movie - I took my nephew to see it for his 6th birthday. The next time I plan on going to the theater is gonna be at the end of July. I’m gonna do an Oppenheimer/Barbie double feature lol.

What games do you want to play this weekend?

Definitely more Teamfight Tactics. I’ve felt super drained after work every day this week so I basically haven’t played anything the past few days, except maybe 2-3 games of TFT total and maybe like 2 total hours of the next game I want to play, Street Fighter 6. I know I have potential, I know I can be better than what I am at the game. I’ve got some of our best players in the state helping me out and I really want to sink some good practice in and start trying to improve before going to EVO in about a month and a half. I’d like to do better than go 0-2 at EVO, but if it happens it happens.

What’s the last film you saw in theaters?

The Mario Bros. Movie, we saw it twice in theaters. I’ve already seen the new Spiderman movie with friends in discord, but I kind of want to go see it in theaters this weekend. Very good movie and I cannot wait for the next one.

Lots of TotK of course. Maybe also some Sea of Thieves, suddenly. Some of my friends and I started on the Pirates of the Caribbean content. It gets off to a pretty slow start.

I saw Spider-Verse 2(?) last weekend and had a blast. I will give it this disclaimer: It’s actually a Part 1, so it spends pretty much its whole runtime setting up plot points and then actually just says To Be Continued and stops. But I enjoyed every frame of it. Even more visually interesting than its predecessor, and with the same snappy writing and lots of intrigue. Some excellent new Spider-Mans in there.

It’s going to be more Diablo 4 this weekend. Matter of fact, since I have today off, I’m playing it now. I should hit level 50 sometime today or tomorrow I reckon.

Last movie I saw in the theaters was the latest Avatar movie. Before that it was the latest Dune.

That is one of the oddest pairings of movies I have ever heard. My daughter would probably love it at the drive-in if Oppenheimer was second so she could sleep through it, and now I kind of hope they do pair them there.

lol I’m not sure if the local drive-in will be doing a pairing but both of them come out the same day and I do really want to see both, so my plan is to see one after the other. Barbie looks hysterical and like it may go way over the head of it’s target audience while Oppenheimer is Chris Nolan and that man has yet to make a bad movie.
