This has always been the case and didn’t change over the past years. On more recent devices with NVMe SSD boot device, I still have to wait a significant amount of time, but only every few weeks it will need more than a minute. Hello, I am having an issue getting google chrome to start up. I have to keep clicking on it for like 2 minutes to pull up a browser. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Program, but it’s still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

You could try deleting any registry keys and program files after the uninstall then try reinstalling.
Might be profile related. Try purging all the Chrome content from the user profile appdata folder. That or try a different profile altogether. Might also be related to your endpoint protection software.

What’s your click rate (how many clicks within these 2 minutes)?
That’s on which operating system with how much RAM and which kind of permanent storage?
How much RAM is free before you start it and how much RAM is free after it had finished starting?
How many web browsers and tabs per web browser do you have open after finishing start of web browser with so many clicks per 2 minutes?
Which start pages do you use?
How do you measure start time of the web browser?
How many add-ons, plugins and extensions have you configured for your web browser?
Which permissions (resp. restrictions) have you configured for your web browser?
What was the start time on same device before your issue started?
Since when do you have your issue?
