Chrome takes ages to load on startup

Hello everyone,

I have this peculiar problems with chrome. On a specific user’s computer after he restarts the computer and opens up chrome, it takes ages to load any webpage. If at the same time he opens a private browsing window of chrome, it opens the webpages immediately. We tried disabling all extensions and still no good. Also, if another user opens chrome after reboot it works fine.

Did you reset Chrome?

I tried to, it just kept on loading and loading for half an hour and didn’t reset anything.

Next option is reinstalling, but I thought maybe there’s some other solution.

Clear the Chrome cache with ccleaner or something like that and let us know

are other browsers affected. could be DNS or malware also.

Chrome>right hand corner of windows>3 lines>history and recent tabs>history>clear all browsing data

Reinstalling seems to do the trick. Thought it was dns at first, but fixed it and still the issue occured.
