Our client did something this morning and their Google workspace accounts have been suspended and they are receiving the following error message when trying to log in. They have a total of three accounts and all of them are suspended at the same time and client is not sure what yhey did.<\/p>\n
“ Your Organization’s Google workspace account has been suspended. Please contact your Google workspace organization administrator to reactivate your organization.”<\/strong><\/p>\n The problem is that we don’t know the administrator account And none of those three users are administrators. That conversion is taking place now.<\/p>\n Try to have each of the 3 users sign into https://admin.google.com<\/a> If none of them can, there is another account that can. Try generic addresses like [email protected]<\/a><\/p>\n That’s your easiest path to resolution. Short of that, you’ll need to try to go through the recovery process.
