Hi,

Our client did something this morning and their Google workspace accounts have been suspended and they are receiving the following error message when trying to log in. They have a total of three accounts and all of them are suspended at the same time and client is not sure what yhey did.

“ Your Organization’s Google workspace account has been suspended. Please contact your Google workspace organization administrator to reactivate your organization.”

The problem is that we don’t know the administrator account And none of those three users are administrators. We couldn’t get through Google support without administrator account.

Is there anyway to reactivate accounts or to contact Google without the administrator account?

any suggestions are appreciated.

I’d bet $100 that this is a “Legacy Edition” (aka Free) of Google.

Google announced a couple of years back that these were going to convert to paid. That conversion is taking place now.

Try to have each of the 3 users sign into https://admin.google.com If none of them can, there is another account that can. Try generic addresses like admin@thedomain.com

That’s your easiest path to resolution. Short of that, you’ll need to try to go through the recovery process. You might have better luck engaging a Google Partner to help you through that process.

Yup, i tried that and none of them can login to the admin link.

Even tried admin, administrator, etc but doesnt have an email account with those.

Engaging a google partner sounds like a good idea.
