Another really good Aprils Fools joke is to cover someone’s desk in paper cups, then staple all the cups together. Then fill said cups with water.

I always like the Autocorrect feature prank. Most folks can’t find it and all you do is just add the persons name to autocorrect to JoeCool or something silly.

Oh, I am very tempted. And forget April 1. I’m thinking I attach it, have some fun. Tell everyone the update did not work and take it down. Wait a week or so and attempt the upgrade again on a different machine until I test them all so see which machines are compatible.

Excellent, going to stick this on our own printers. Must resist until April 1st!

Another nice one I’ve seen is to take a screenshot of the users desktop. Then remove all the icons, and set the desktop backgound to the screenshot. So it looks like the icons are still there.

The user will then spend ages trying to figure out why he can’t click on anything.
