I have installed remote collectors on several remote sites. Only one of them is showing up as a “helpdesk”. How do I remove that or add the remaining as helpdesk?

What do you meen by showing up as a “helpdesk”?
If you meen that only one of the remote sites sends support tickets to the central installation you can change this under settings, then at the top where it says “remote site connected” you have some text saying “edit settings”. Click this and then in the new window add or remove mark for helpdesk “Synchronize ticket events from this site with the central install”
If this is not what your looking for please specify, and what version of Spiceworks are you running?
When I go to settings > remote sites > helpdesk column has “yes” in this site only. All sites have sychronize checked. Also when viewing tickets there is a site dropdown to view tickets by site and the main site and this site are the only listed.
