I understand that you may be having high call volumes today, or everyday for all I know, but how can I submit a ticket. The links all go to the community, and there’s no way to submit a ticket there.
I purchased a business license, and it won’t activate, error is “the entered license is invalid”. Could really use some help.

OK, I see the issue, evidently there is no way for a user with a free license to submit a ticket.
I logged in with my licensed account, and was able to submit a ticket.
