How do I add administrators

I need to add 2 other people to see the tickets that come in and have admin rights how do I do that?

Welcome to the community!! Are you using the cloud or local gelpdesk?

In both cases add the users as admin
https://community.spiceworks.com/help/Managing_Users

For local go to settings, seldct users and add the users with their emails and roles.

For cloud go to settings, employee administration, admin and add user.
