I am new to this and I have a product to launch. How does it all work? Can someone explain please?

You ask the question with the info you have and the community wil respond.

Go to the category section or type forums in the search box at the top of the page and choose the category from the list where your question applies. Click on ask a question , enter question you want answered and click on enter. Remember when you ask a question, please give enough information so that the Spiceheads can respond. I know this will come off sounding rude and I apologize up front, but I’m concerned that with the plethora of new accounts and subsequently vague, new questions posted the same day the account was created, that we have yet another one that just posts something for the sake of posting it. You say you have a product to deploy and you ask how does Spiceworks work - what is your product and do you know what Spiceworks even is? Did you start out at the Spiceworks main page and do a little research first to find out what this product and community are all about, or did you feel that those in the community should do the work for you? Mind you, the community as a whole is more than willing to assist, but you need to be able to help yourself in this process to.
