This is going to be a small budget system. We have a 65 samsung TV that the zoom meetings are presented on. It is what the presenter mirrors their info too and it will also will show the person on the other end of the zoom meeting. The room is fairly small so the rectangular table has 8 seats is all. We need a good webcam, plus a good speaker and mic combo. Does anyone know of a good combination kit that would work well together. I would like Bluetooth if possible, but that is not a deal breaker if there is something better. Meetings don’t happen very often, but we still need something decent, but nothing that breaks the bank.

We have in mind of getting the Anker PowerConf S500 for the speaker/mic combo, and the Anker PowerConf C302 for the Webcam. Not the best on the market, but 20 times better than what we have right now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe a tad more than the budget, but very good quality.

At the lower cost end I find that USB devices work well - they can be connected to any laptop and used for a variety of apps.
Disadvantage is bringing in the laptop, connecting multiple cables (the device plus output to screen etc)
And specifically using separate audio/video device the user may have to manually select which should be used for mic input and output.

You may wish to consider an all in one type product - still USB, but with camera and audio - it’s one less thing to connect. The Logitech meetup is an example of this.

Alternatives are the devices that actually include a PC and therefore can work stand alone - advantage is you just walk in the room and everything is already in place to join the conference - downside upfront cost plus you will need ‘room’/pro licenses for zoom etc. Example - Logitech Rally Mini.

Thanks. I’ll look into it. There are a lot of things out there, but until you get it setup, you don’t really know how good it will work for your situation.

A Poly X30 with a TC8 controller or a DTEN touchscreen TV with a built in camera work well with Zoom Rooms.

+1 on this, we have these in a few Zoom Rooms and they’ve been rock solid.
