For those who have hosted similar meetings, what did your agenda look like? Did you have a structured meeting or was it just a relaxed and casual Q&A period?

I thought about showing my Spiceworks layout and then ask for comments and suggestions to get the meeting going. Anything work really well for you that you can share?

The room has chairs and tables available, seats approximately 100, has WiFi access to the internet, and there is also a projector and stage available.

I just got done trading PM’s with rwight142 and it looks like Shavlik will be sponsoring your first meeting. That being said I need to find out what you guys are hungry for, so far we’re thinking pizza and soft drinks but if anybody has a better idea please let me know. Also, please let other Spiceworks users in the area know about this so we can get the first Indianapolis meeting kicked off right! The more the merrier, I look forward to seeing the turnout.
