one of our shipping offices would like an intercom system setup so that someone outside their office can speak to someone IN the office.

they would prefer something that was mobile, as any of 4-5 people in the office may need to answer the call at any time.

since it is just for one door, I am wondering if a unifi or ring doorbell might be the simplest solution.

it would let multiple people answer any calls.

what else would work in this circumstance? I just cant help thinking an actual intercom system may be overkill in this instance.

or something that would integrate with our voip system?
