Adrian here. In my normal life I’m in management (yeah, aargh) but spent December holidays developing a web platform for my wife’s business and realise how much I miss real work. I have told her she needs to start generating enough revenue that I can join her as a developer.

Great to meet you all, joined spiceworks as i have been following it for many years, might as well finally get a profile setup! I am a senior engineer for MS Office 365 , specializing in EOP/ATP/FOPE… etc. Have been in the filtering realm since 2003 and am considered a subject matter expert (With filtering and mailflow) as i started back before MS bought Frontbridge in 2005. Love tech and hope to contribute and learn while i’m here. Some personal non job stuff. I run one of the largest esports companies (in north america) on the side and am into rebuilding old circa 1980 mopeds… braaaaap!!!

My name is Kelsi, and I am the IT service desk/ student technician manager at a small liberal arts college in central Illinois. In my free time I like to play on my PS4 (still learning PC gaming, I prefer and am better with a controller), watch Netflix, and visit fun/new hole-in-the-wall restaurants in the area (if it has bbq, I’m there). I am fairly new to the IT world, I have only been in the field professionally for a year, so Spiceworks has been a lot of help with lingo and different things going on right now in tech! Hoping to attend SpiceWorld this year!

Official "I made the next pepper level" thread Water Cooler

There have been a rash of new topics from people celebrating getting to the next pepper level. We are excited for you and want to celebrate your contribution, but having an individual topic for each time is getting to be too much. It is overwhelming the Water Cooler group because people have to wade through the pepper level posts to get to the rest of the topics. We're also seeing some point gaming where people are just saying "get your 11 points!" rather than just talking about their leveling…
