I’m Ed. I make a living doing IT, but my real love is language.

I grew up speaking English and German, and throughout my schooling studied Latin, French, Japanese, Greek, and Esperanto. Started visiting Mexico after moving to southern California, so I studied Spanish; then visited Brazil so I studied Portuguese.

Now my most used language (after English) is Spanish because I live in Mexico with my girlfriend on weekends.

I also like to run; I started in October last year and I am doing my sixth 5K run in a few weeks.

Sooo, let’s see. My name is Sean. I’m a Virgo. I like long walks on the… oh, not that kinda topic. I’m Sean, I lead up the Community Team here at Spiceworks where I’ve been since late 2011. Outside of Spiceworks, I’m an avid video gamer (#PCMasterRace) and was in the game development industry for a little over a decade. Prior to all that, I was in the U.S. Marine Corps (Ooh Rah)! And originally from Chicago but I’ve lived in quite a few places.
