Hi guys, I have scanned my Inventory in SW and nearly most of the devices(workstations) come up with error:

No open ports for this device were found to be responding.

This typically means that there is a firewall or permission issue preventing remote access.

I have scanned with the domain admin password does this make a difference? Will Windows firewall make a difference? Do I have to enable File & Print Sharing at all?
