Hello all, I have setup a helpdesk within spiceworks to monitor the workflow in IT.

forwarded an ITsupport@mycompany to route the tickets.

There is 1 account registered to SW and 2 computers pointing to the dashboard to see the tickets… however it seems random that some tickets are only showing on one users dashboard and some are sent to the other?

how is this possible if it should be the 1 helpdesk?

I am confused.

What type of users are these, admin, tech, helpdesk, is this local install or cloud?
