IT Conferences - Apple Related

Anyone know of any good Apple related IT conferences out there? Doing some searching, and not coming up with much.

I personally think that the Ipad and Ipod killed the computer market for apple making the community smaller and smaller to the point where there are no longer conferences and meetings. I would include the word “Machead” in my Google search though, I am sure there are still a bunch that get together, just wont find anything corporate there.

What about WWDC? Is that too developer-centric? We are planning to go this year but it will be our first time so I am not sure if the content is what you are looking for.

I was thinking it might be too developer-centric. i’m looking more for OSX Server and MDM. Although I bet they’ll talk a lot about MDM.

I had a chance to go to WWDC in 2009, when they still offered SysAdmin tracks, and it was awesome Sadly for us, Apple now seems to have given up on enterprise.

Alaerus - i missed out on that. would love for Apple to bring that back. I’ve got the option to goto WWDC, but i’d hate to waste the companies money if its not going to offer what i’m looking for. Any idea if they offer any Mobile Device Management now?

Been to a couple of WWDC’s now. The first ones were very IT centric and about 1/3 the tracks were Sysadmin related. The last one I went to was just after 10.7 was released and there were no Sysadmin tracks at all. Ended up being a few dozen fella’s down stairs in lunch area where they have the breakouts crowding around desks talking with the Apple Server guys who were now being moved to IOS related work and reminiscing about the old times

There is nothing down here in Australia that I know of, but Overseas these 3 seem popular
