Hi, my boss ask me to make IT policy, but i cant find standarts. For example internet or email policy. How employeer must to use computer. like that. who can help me?

Sans has quite a few policy templates where you can start, then customize to match your organization.

I recently had to deal with something like that, and rummaging in previous posts I found an interesting read at the Sans Institute, which lets you download the pre-packaged set of policies, adapted to the U.S. market.
Made the necessary corrections, are a good starting point for your needs.

It sounds like the OP is looking for an “acceptable use” policy that employees would follow. ITIL, ISO etc are more appropriate for IT operations. The SANS version is here:

always good to have some policies in place and like RoguePacket said, there are tons online to start with. remember less is more when starting out.
