Just an FYI for all looking into RMM software. Itarian, formaly Comodo One, is no longer going to be free. They are going to start charging $1.25 us per endpoint. Time to start shopping around.

Wow. This…is pathetic. I’ve used their offering for about 18 months personally and for almost a year at my job. I could deal with the jankiness of their scripts/procedures and the slow, unreliable nature of the remote desktop because the whole thing was free so there was still value.
That value is now gone. This IS the end for me and ITarian and I’ll be cautioning everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Hear that, guys? That’s the sound of a 12-bore unloading right into your foot. Nice knowing you.

Really considering Syncro MSP as my new choice. Flat fee rather than per device. The other option is MaanageEngine but that can get spendy.
