The SpiceWorld Mobile App is now live and ready to be downloaded!
The mobile app is a must have if you’re coming to SpiceWorld. It has the full agenda, speaker details, a map of the exhibit hall so you can quickly find the sponsors, and breakout sessions & overall conference surveys so you can give us your feedback.
Downloading the mobile app:
-
To find the app, go to your app store and search “SpiceWorld IT”.
-
Once the app has been downloaded and you’ve got it opened, you’ll see SpiceWorld Austin 2019. Just hit download to load the content for this year’s event.
-
Now you’ve got the app!
-
It’ll prompt you to allow notifications and we sure hope you do. We’ll communicate any agenda changes, reminders about what’s happening when and where, and many other need-to-know details about the event through the notifications.
If you want to connect with other SpiceWorld attendees you can log in using the first and last name you used to register for SpiceWorld. Once logged in, you’ll be able to message other attendees, share contact information, and save things to your own agenda.
-
Click the three lines in the upper left hand corner
-
Click “log in for more details”
-
You’ll type in your name as you have it in your SpiceWorld registration
-
An email will then be sent to the email address you registered for SpiceWorld with to verify that it is you and then you’re all set up.
Don’t want to download the app? You can see the browser version here: https://crowd.cc/spiceworld2018 https://crowd.cc/spiceworld
Unfortunately, we don’t have a Windows version of the app, so if you do have a Windows phone, we recommend bookmarking the browser version for easy access.

Thanks Dana! Will y’all be adding the shuttle schedule as the date approaches?
Yes! Just putting the finishing touches on it.

Seems the app is only compatible with the newest phones out… my Motorola Droid Turbo w/ Verizon cant handle it.

@dana-spiceworks - the app looks great!
Looking at the exhibit hall map it seems like the “chill corner” area may not be there this year - sure hope that does not mean no foosball
Hey Tim - we will have foosball again this year :)… it will be near the SpiceBuddy booth in the exhibit hall.
