Took a cruise last week. Got back today… and… this is my first ticket:

“There were a handful of quoting email templates that I used, that were stored in the outbox folder that are not there anymore. Any suggestions?”

sigh … can I get back on the ship?

Welcome back! It is like you have just not left!

I find that cruises are my favorite vacation. You can completely unplug and not have internet or cell service.

Yup. The phone was in the safe the whole time… when it was on, it was in airplane mode. We could buy internet access but it was beyond ridiculously expensive.

You moron, you are supposed to store them in your DELETED ITEMS FOLDER!!!

Suggestions you say? Try looking in the “Sent Items” folder! You know … since you’re looking for an item that you’ve sent … maybe try the one folder which has a name that is that exact thing?

Time for another vacation

A great chance to get back on track.
When you’re at work, try to not remain dumbfounded while you’re remembering the past few days.
Or set yourself a pocker face.
Tell us how you solved the ticket, just to share a laugh.

LOL thats pretty awesome. Yeah my advice is another vacation im-currently-out-of-the-office-and-can-be-reached-by-waiting-until-i-get-back-2ece5.png

It appears to have been assigned to someone else… but yeah my response would have been “My suggestion is to not store email templates in your outbox”.

Next thing I know he’ll be asking if he can store food in his garbage disposal.

Today is my first day back from vacation too. I went from 70s and sunny in the Bahamas to 38 degrees and rainy back in the US. YAY me…

Sounds like you week is starting as it means to go on.

Oops, did you assign that to someone else…

^^This. There’s no need for any other folders, keep everything in the “Deleted Items” folder.

Was in a store yesterday, making a major purchase. The elderly saleslady made a few mistakes like asking for a phone number right after I gave it to her, and finally apologized, explaining the company had their Christmas party on a Hornblower cruise Saturday night, with buffet’s on all three levels and an open bar. And fireworks.
