It’s been a long time!

I am wondering if any of you that use Knowbe4’s training module are experiencing videos freezing. We have been dealing with it for 18+ months. We thought it was some software on our network that was causing it, but after hours and hours I am ready to throw in the towel. I am really starting to think it is on the AWS and Knowbe4 side.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
