I have 2 remote collectors reporting to a central server. All 3 spiceworks server are on a different region hence different timezone. Somehow, some of the devices’ ‘last scan time’ are not updating but the ‘last updated time’ is always up to date.<\/p>\n
I placed the devices on different region inside a separate group and set the full scan schedule (from the central server) during the business hour of that region so all the devices will be online when spiceworks is doing the full scan.<\/p>\n
Any idea what might cause this problem?<\/p>\n

How often are your scheduled scans running? Central Site - 58 device<\/p>\n
Remote Site 1 - 26 device<\/p>\n
Remote Site 2 - 25 device<\/p>\n
so total will be around around 110 device at this stage<\/p>\n
Discovery Scan and Full Scan both happen every 4h starting at 10 am on weekdays. What about the other scans under Scheduled in the scans settings page? Are they also enabled and running frequently?<\/p>\n

I am having that issue as well. The last scanned time shows 2/28/18 on ALL of my computers. Print servers and such are showing the correct last scan. We scan every day. And when I run a scan it finds all the computers!
