Looking for some tier 1 to 3 people for OKC, Oklahoma and Wichita, Kansas strong softskills preferred.

Wichita will be a solo position working help desk tickets and providing onsite support. You will be issued tickets from the OKC office when you are not working Wichita specific issues and you will be able to escalate to the OKC teams if you need assistance.

OKC will be part of a larger help desk team, working onsite and remotely with our client base.

Preferred Skills but not required.

General Networking Skills

Interest in learning new skills and products.

We also use Discord/Slack heavily in our day to day.

Training will be available on several/all of the above items if you have a couple of them great.

Advancement will be possible in the future. We saw a 38% growth last year and don’t plan on slowing down.

No relocation reimbursement is available at this time.

We actually have a Stillwater office. Anything I can help you with? We are launching our IT divisions in all our territories and will be filling positions as clients are acquired. Our main markets are OKC and Wichita so far. We have several other locations as well.
