I’m looking for a full features list including the details/functionality of the Premium Plan.
We have interest in the Task feature, but haven’t found documentation that illustrates the expected capabilities.
Hoping someone can lead me in the right direction.

It’s not fully feature rich, just what’s listed, but what’s listed is what you get or don’t.
It’s not like OTRS or one of those products.

Along with what Rod-IT has posted, the Task feature allows you to automate.
In the Core version, you must manually create your list each and every time. So, for example, if you have an onboarding task, you must add a task for acquiring the computer, adding to Office 365, setting the phone extension, etc. The list can be extensive but must be input manually each and every time.
With the Premium option, you can set it up once.
Then in the ticket, assign the tasklist to drop them all into the ticket.
Premium will be a convenience and shave some time off creating those lists compared to the Core version.
