Dear All,

Where can I find latest version of PC Pro for NEC SV8100. I have tried PC Pro 9.51 and it show error message “cannot load database schema file. Your PCPro installation may be corrupt”

You dealer/reseller can provide this to you for no charge. It is downloaded from necntac.com by anyone with credentials. You can also get free online training from your dealer that will grant you access to the NTAC site for download and documents, etc.

You also might just try uninstalling and reinstalling what you have. What version is you 8100 at? You just need PcPro that matches or is higher version. I think the 8100 got up to version 11 before end of life.

My NEC 8100 at 9.50 firmware version. But I can’t join with PC Pro 9.51 and i had also asking NEC support for our site but still no reply. I thought i might find some link for PC Pro 10 since ppl been told about that in forums but it happen i can’t find download link.

Can you please send me a link of where to download a version 10 or 11 of pc pro for nec sv8100.

I desperately need it. Can’t configure extension without this one. Version 9 to 9.51 is not working on me.

Could you pop over NEC PcPro version 11 to me?

We have 9.51 but can’t connect to our SV8100 with that version.

You should be getting PcPro from your NEC reseller or from the necntac.com site which you can gain access to through your reseller. There is no charge for the program and no charge for a simple online training class that will get you access to necntac.com. If you don’t know your reseller you can contact NEC directly.
