Hey guys

i have been looking for the SV8100PCPro 11.0 edition online but cannot find it anywhere. unfortunately

i have inherited this system and the previous person working on this uninstalled the software

any help is greatly appreciated

unfortunately this does not work, i get get the fatal error: database error. From what my research has told me this is due to the the fact that the software is not compatible with my firmware version. as my firmware is 10.21 i need the PCPro version 11 as it will be compatible

Is there anyway for me to get the pcpro version 11 without going through my re-seller, our company has had a falling ouit with our re-seller so i cannot go to them for the software

You can call NEC to change dealers. There is a dealer change request form that a new dealer can start for you.

NEC has locked down software access recently and you really should be working with a dealer to get this stuff and be properly supported.
