We imported a load of old tickets into Spiceworks from am excel spreadsheet when we first set Spiceworks up. These tickets are all closed but were never assigned to a particular user. These all now appear on various reports we run and I would love to assign them to someone (probably myself) without sending emails to all the staff members that they relate to. Preferably I wont have to go through them one at a time either!

Anyone got any ideas what I might be able to do?

{"@type":"Person
{"@type":"Answer

Temporarily switch email notifications off while you assign them to yourself?

As for a bulk assign, I’m not sure how you could do this without messing with the database. It’s a SQL database, so you can with ease, but I’m not sure how you would.

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer
