I have a Windows 7 machine that hasn’t updated since Feb. 10! There are no scan errors generated. The machine details show the last scan as Feb. 10. Other Windows 7 machines on this network are updating normally. WMI is running.

Firewall?
Scan just that machine from tools menu (rescan)

Ping the machine from tools menu
What IP is pinged? correct?

Next from cmd prompt
Ping -a
Same machine?

Spiceworks applications are allowed by the firewall. The pings are correct. On a rescan of the single machine Spiceworks found a new instance of the same machine. Not sure why, but the new one obviously scans.
