Hi

i have McAfee Endpoint ePolicy Orchestrator

and i want to exclude usb drive

i try by vendor ID adn Product ID but nothing

how i exclude it?

Exclude USB from what - scanning, DLP block, can you be more specific

McAfee endpoint is a client side AV and ePolicy Orchestrator is the management tool

Did you update the policy to the devices you want to exclude it from - changing the policy is only one part, the client devices need to download and apply the new policy

I did it
But when i put vendor id and product id or serial number it is not working
Just when i try with user from Active Directory it is working
I want it working with serial or ven id and produbt id

Have you looked at the logs or confirmed the policy is applied the the end user or devices?
