Hello everyone,
Our company is currently using a ticketing system called ‘ReadyDesk,’ which from my understanding is MySQL structured on the back end. What i am wondering is if anyone out there knows of any tools to migrate it into spiceworks, or even how to go about doing it manually. We have over 2000 tickets logged in ReadyDesk which we really don’t want to lose history on and would love to get these pushed into spiceworks to get with the times. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked out if ReadyDesk supports exporting tickets into a CSV file? If so, Spiceworks supports importing tickets using this method. Check out this How-to for more information: http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/207
