I would like to install SpiceWorks on several of my client’s computers. These clients are residential users, so they would only be desktop machines not connected to a server.

Is there a way to add, monitor, and support all of these computers under one interface and login?

That topic somewhat addresses the issue, but doesn’t say if its a functional part of the SpiceWorks software yet.

The only thing I saw was a workaround using a VPN, etc.

Can you advise?

That is still the situation. The spicier that the request gets the more likely it is to get implemented in the future. If you have anything to add in terms of functionality, feel free to add to the post. It’s just better to put all the votes in one bucket, it’s easier to track that way.
