I just created a MS Form for change management, and setup the form to only be accessible within my organization. The form itself doesn’t have an email field, because

So then I created a flow that gets the form responses > then sends an email with the responses in the body, as well as adds the submission to a list in Sharepoint.

The issue I am having is the following:

When I try to add the “responders email” to get that recorded, all it records is “anonymous” Attached is a screenshot of my flow

I then also tried testing by adding the “Get user data V2” and using the responder email the same way i had setup the flow I created for our Covid-19 survey that works, and lists the email address from the logged in user.

Is there something that I am missing or am I doing something wrong?

This one seems like it should be straight forward–permissions set to only org user response and maybe record name checked shouldn’t give you anonymous. The only other thing I can think is maybe the form started as anyone can respond, had a response before it was change, and somehow got stuck? Or maybe it’s just a bug. I know that shouldn’t make sense–maybe try to create a new form with the only org user response/record name settings and see if the existing flow works then.
