I am hiring an additional person. Can I add them to Spiceworks?

Can they user their own id?

Can they share data with me?

yes, go to Settings → User Accounts and add them to the list. This is where you setup help desk techs, admins, help desk admins, and reporting users, as well as what notification they need to receive.
