I just installed Spiceworks for the first time and I am not sure how to add more help desk techs so that someone other than myself can accept new tickets… Any help would be appreciated.

Add more users under settings, you can customize the options there for each helpdesk individual. Welcome to Spiceworks!

Go to Settings…User accounts…

if user exist change to admin or add user then make admin
