So my husband and I are moving to Lubbock from Midland, and my company opted to keep me as a remote employee. At first, I had some mixed feelings, but I love my job and my company, so I am going to make working from home, well…work.

I am still a little sad, though. I enjoy coming here every day and seeing my fellow IT staff and our users. My director, Glenn Pitchford, is the best. He is a Spicehead, and contributes a lot to the community, so if you have a chance, look him up.

Anyway, sorry for rambling. I am so grateful that I will still be here with you guys, and that I will still be at Spiceworld next month!

You guys rock! Oh, and I wanted to share my award:

Good luck Robyn and where can I get one of those awards?

More time for the community then?

Congratulations on being liked enough to have them offer the remote work option

That is awesome! I would LOVE to work from home, especially from another city. You can always take advantage of Skype to catch up with your coworkers.

Awesome award!

Good luck!

Good luck with the move.

And the finger print!

Good luck!
