Good day everyone,

Can any help me out with an issue that I am having. I am attempting to program a DT800 series phone on my SV9300, however when I enter the extension on the phone I get an “Unregistered” message. I cannot find where to resolve this issue. I have looked on the SV9300 with PCPro v4.1.0.125 and cannot find how to register it. I need to get this extension registered as it has been assigned to an individual. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

I have reset this phone to default. I have tried to register the extension on a different phone with no success.

I spoke to one of the guys down stairs, see his comments.

"it could be multiple things, but first to be sure of the station is built.

If built are they using password and are you getting a logon screen."

I hope this points you in the right direction.

Thanks,

-Bryan

@denise-nec

{"@type":"Person
bryan-nec
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/bryan-nec"}},{"@type":"Answer
Bryan,

I believe that I figured it out… its was hidden deep in the config, for some reason the extension was on a config that I believe had our digital to analog extensions on it. After I removed it from that list and added it back to the virtual extension list I managed to get it programmed. Thank you again!

@bryan-nec

{"@type":"Person
brianmiller16
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/brianmiller16"}},{"@type":"Answer
Awesome.
