I’m running SW 5.1.68136 but I can’t get Bandwidth Graphs up on my switches or other network interfaces (like network printers).

I’m sure it was working in SW5.1 beta and at least first build of SW5.1 stable release.

Switches are SNMP enabled and I can get surmised bandwidth graph on the network map, but not on individual port in device details.

{"@type":"Person
{"@type":"Answer

Can you rescan one of your switches and send me the finder_re.log file found in C:\\Program Files\\Spiceworks\\log? If you go to the device in inventory, click on Tools (Wrench icon) → Rescan, then wait for that to complete, it’ll generate the finder_re.log. I’ll PM you with details on how to upload. To give a further update, I just had sanbox machine up, running SW5.1.64998, scanned my switches and got bandwidth graph up with no problems.

{"@type":"Person
LarryCK
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/LarryCK"}},{"@type":"Answer

I can see that there was an issue with scanning switched (Cisco Catalyst 2950 and Catalyst Express 500). It did not produce a scan error, but didn’t update port details either. I have removed cable from one of the ports this morning, but no matter how many times I rescanned the switch, it showed that port as up.

As I had no significant history on these withes or any tickets - I have deleted them both rescanned / re-add them and issue seems to be fixed.

As I can not send you logs for the switched (duo to the above), I will send you log of network printer (SNMP enabled) that has the same issue.

{"@type":"Person
LarryCK
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/LarryCK"}},{"@type":"Answer

Just in case someone is experiencing / will experience the the same issue - it was caused by database corruption that Brian G (Spiceworks) has kindly offered to fix for me and indeed did so with utmost efficiency.

Thank you Brian

{"@type":"Person
LarryCK
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/LarryCK"}}]}}
