My NM do not work.

What I can do ?

3 Spice ups

Restart the Spiceworks Network Monitor Server, I believe you have version 1.5 and it is a common issue. Once reboot you will be okay, I reschedule a time to reboot my NM server every week.

I restarted the service and server. The issue continue. I changed the port 8080 to 9675

What other applications do you have on this Server? It is recommended to have it on its own server.

Sometimes it takes a few reboots to get it going again (normally 3-4 for me). What OS is it running on?

The official fix is to uninstall and downgrade to the latest build of 1.4.

In the server I have a printer service

What printer service?

Windows server 2012 R2. I will install the version 1.4.

1.4 is not a complete fix either. 1.4, When a device goes down, it will not recover in the dashboard. You will stop receiving email alerts, but to clear it in the dashboard… you have to remove the device and re add it.

Cameron,

I had this issue too a several times in my NM, whit all versions.

What the version is more estable?

Version 1.4 is more stable.

It’s a shame that version 1.4 does not have the HISTORY function …
