The scan detects our firewall devices, and populates some of the information from them, but they come up as “No open ports for this device were found to be responding” I have no option for changing the account info, i thought maybe i needed to change the Telnet account, but i can’t. Anyone have any thoughts??

Most network hardware will scan on SNMP, Telnet, or SSH, make sure that you have relevant credentials matched and the ports open from the SW server for all three. If you are getting some info I suspect 1 or 2 protocols are working and the other(s) are generating the error.

Well i have verified these ports as being open. And credentials are correct, as far as i know because i see no option to “Manage Account” for that device. I’m also receiving alot of scan errors of just Ip addresses. What does that typically mean?
