Hi Pros,

a lot of my devices are not scanned within 30 days.

But I have running a scheduled scan every day at 10 am all devices.

How to set it up the correct way ?

Also when I have made changes to some servers, this will not be shown in Spiceworks.

have you setup the exceptions in the local firewall policy so you can wmi login to the machines>

Easiest way if using normal windows firewall and a Domain is to use a GPO…

otherwise check the local firewall management the open up the required ports.

What version are you running? Several of the releases the last months have had known scanning issues, but the latest have figured many things out (v 7.1.00042).

I have 7.1.00036

And when I want to delete one device nothing happens.

The device is twice listed. It is a vm and I moved the vm from one host to another one with different CPU.

Try updating and see if anything changes.

By moving to a different host it is possible that SW sees it as a new device.
