Office 2010 license keys not detected

We have a few installs of some Office 2010 products (Project, Visio) and I notice that SpiceWorks does not pull its license key from the installation. Is there a fix for this or has Microsoft done something that prevents the discovery of these keys?

Did it come pre-installed or did you install it?

New Dells come with the package loaded…

but it has to have a key which is included with the paperwork to finish installing…

I also noticed that this key isn’t detected…

I installed it. We only have Windows installed from Dell.

I’m not sure how that would matter though. The license key would be stored in the same location would it not?

I do not think office 2010 is in the key scanner application, you will need to add a feature request for this.
