Bud, Let’s get other Spice Heads involved. I need a minimum to get a meeting together.

I sent Kristen an e-mail to see what else needs to be done. I know we aren’t the only two people in OKC.

I have been in the other meeting thread but I am definitely interested. Just let me know when and where and I will be there.

I heard from JessicaN today. She’s going to get me some information.

There’s at least three of us, maybe four.

I guess we should start tossing around timeframes? During the week, I work M-F 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. But I’m available all weekend and before those times during the week. I can also flex my time around in case anyone has a preference as to which day.

I am available just about anytime we choose to meet as long as thier is advanced notice. Otherwise I am available anytime Saturdays and anytime Sundays after 2:00PM

I have a facility we can use anytime after normal business hours or anytime on weekends that can handle upwards of 50 people with internet access

Ok, Since we have a few ppl on board. Lets shoot for at least 25 ppl minimum. Reach out to all the tech ppl in your areas and lets get a Spicecorp meeting in place!

Maybe we can set a time and place to alllow Jessica to set it up so all the registered SpiceCorp members get the PM about the Meet and request attendace confirmation?

My personal viewpoint is we should set a standard meeting place/time and if we get 3 or 100 attending it shouldn’t matter. If we have three that come consistently and the community see’s that we are endeavoring to meet on a regular basis just once a month then maybe they will get more involved. Indecisiveness is our Enemy, consistence will be our friend!

Well looks like from what I read, our fearless leader would have to do a weekend so I suggest a Saturday (Not too early, lol) and we can choose a restaurant near downtown or whatever other venue might be available. We can also use the Conference Room here at my office if the meeting takes place after hours or anytime on the weekends.

Alright guys, I know I started this thread and still would like to attend a meetup or assist in organizing it. Due to medical reasons I may not be able to till after the first of the year if all goes well.

Thanks for the reminder Kyle, I hope that everything goes well. I’m looking at scheduling the meeting for three weeks from now. Jessica 's stuff says 2-3 weeks of notice is best. Plus it gives them time to get us stuff.

Saturdays are fine with me. Anyone have a preference on location?

Just pick a place, if it needs food we can either do it at a restaurant or bring food to my office on a Saturday is no problem. Somebody just make a decision and Let Jessica set it up. I understand the situation with Kyle and wish him the best of whatever is going on, our building is also ADA Compliant if that’s an issue?
