I’m currently working on getting the new Help Desk Server up & running. I have held out upgrading from the 7.5 on premise version because I use Inventory and the new server doesn’t include Inventory. I thought I had seem something about a new Inventory that worked with the new Help Desk Server but the download currently linked seems to be the old spiceworks.exe file.<\/p>\n
Am I recalling this correctly?
