I have 1 PC in this whole domain out of about 600 pcs that is printing only blank pages to two new Xerox Altalink Copiers. The cover page prints correctly indicating where what user printed, but the contents is just a blank page. This happens no matter what user is logged in and no matter what you attempt to print. I’ve removed the printer and let GP reinstall them. I have IP connected and also checked another driver. However, this driver is working for all other windows 10 and windows 7 machines. The job communicates, but nothing is simply on the page. I’ve never run across this before, and I am stumped. I didn’t know if there was something possibly OS related that could cause this. But I just find it strange that it is the only one in the district and has the exact same driver from the same print server as the others. Any suggestions?

Probably wise to check the application print settings as well as the OS print settings.

If the OS print settings look good try printing from a different application, say notepad to see if you get something on the page.

When you remove the connection to the shared printer ALSO remove the driver package for the print driver before adding the connection back.

Also enable Print Service / Operational logs on the client and be sure to check the Admin Print Service logs for event 373

I’ve narrowed this down to Windows 10. Followed all directions here and still getting the same thing on Windows 10 computers
