Your question is vague.

Do you want to access the community on your mobile, do you want to see/close tickets on your mobile?

The former, just visit the website above.

The latter requires ports opening on the firewall so you can access it remotely

It also depends on your phone as well as exactly which “Spiceworks account” you’re wanting to put on there.

Both Android and iPhone have a Spiceworks App that you can install to access:

  1. The Spiceworks Community Website (here)
  2. If you have a Local Installation of Spiceworks Help Desk - But you will only have access to it while on your local network unless you have the HTTPS port visible to the internet for the App to connect to when not on the local network, or you use a VPN to connect to the network prior to launching the App (which may probably keep notifications of new events from working properly).
  3. If you have a Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk account setup, it will also connect to that.

It does not work with Network Monitor.

Spiceworks is also developing a Spiceworks Community App separately, for easier accessing/viewing the Spiceworks Community here where you posted. To be released sometime in the future.
