There are apps, yes, for the cloud helpdesk.

Search your app store for Spiceworks.

I’m not sure about iPhone, but on Android you can save any website like an app. I did that for the Spiceworks community on my phone and that works well IMHO.

If this is what you are looking for, you can find it in Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right and select “Add to Home Screen” from the menu to add the current website as an app.

Just to be clear, are you asking about an app for Cloud Help Desk or for Community? If the former, they got you covered above!

Note that the app is for management by technicians, managers, and administrators only.

The apps above are not intended for end users to create tickets. There is no app for that. Your end users must (continue to) use the user portal via web browser, if enabled, submit tickets via email, or call your help desk for someone to manually enter the ticket into the system.

So there’s no app for the Community?

It’s really a good way!I’m using Android

There is not a Spiceworks built app for Community. We are hosted on Discourse and you can install the Discourse Hub app and connect it to the Spiceworks Community. The app works really well
