Purchase - Shop Feedback

We haven’t heard much feedback on the Shop Feature for Purchases, is anyone having any issues?

If you want to give it a try click the research or shop drop down menu and click the shop option. You can access the shop link from the Purchase list or a purchase added to a ticket

I don’t use CDW, so no reason for me to use it.

Any other vendors going to be added to it?

It would be nice to have the ability to sort by price…

I know I’m dreaming here …but any chance on integration with a CDW or CDWG account. we use CDWG and often are requesting quotes from our rep. If we could hit a link and have our helpdesk email a formatted message regarding need for purchase of the items in that purchase list that’d be great!

Then another link to click to send a request to our rep for them to use the Purchase Order number on that Purchase to go ahead and pay for and order that list.

just a long shot for addition to functionality …perhaps a plugin even someone could opt to create…

(EDIT) found a square of info on the bottom of the vendor page stating they will eventually have this feature available to get quotes from your rep straight through SW !!
