Remote site cannot get response from central server

Been playing with this but can’t seem to get it to work. Both are running latest versions and both can open browser sessions with the other. But the remote never establishes a connection with the central server.

There are cert issues both ways but not sure if this is the issue.

Any ideas?

Which version of Spiceworks are you running? Are both sites running the same version?

Please try adding the central server’s IP address instead of the hostname and let me know if it connects.

I had it setup with IP addresses first. Same results.

Interesting. I’m going to go ahead and get an internal ticket going so we can get a copy of your logs for review. Moving forward we’ll communicate via email in the ticket and see if we can get this worked out.
